COMMUNITY AMENITIES
KELLY PARK

Our local community park which includes a playground for the kids, an open area, picnic tables and a BBQ. It also includes half a basketball court for those to enjoy. The community garden is located within Kelly Park.
NEIGHBORHOOD LAKE
**Owned & Maintained by King County**

The King County owned lake includes a small recreation area with a picnic table. The lake is located on the NW portion of the neighborhood. Lake access is off SE 147th Street.
SNOQUALMIE RIVER TRAIL
​
The Snoqualmie River trail runs the NE corner of the neighborhood. The trail is 31.5 miles long. The trail meanders past working farms as well as preserved open space areas, and connects to the cross-state John Wayne Pioneer Trail in Iron Horse State Park. It is a non-motorized use trail.
SNOQUALMIE RIVER ACCESS

The Snoqualmie River runs to the north of the residential neighborhood. There is a small beach with access to the river. This is located near the Snoqualmie River at the end of SE 145th Street.

COMMUNITY GARDEN

There are community garden plots located at Kelly Park. These plots are maintained by our neighbors. If you have interest or desire for the community garden, you can be included by contacting the HOA via email.
PRIVATE WATER SYSTEM
​
Our water system is maintained by our contracted water technician and complies with WA State Department of Health standards. This includes testing, maintenance and storage. Water is paid by your HOA Dues. All portions of the water system are property of the HOA (excluding service lines after the meter).
