Board Meetings are monthly. They occur on the THIRD Monday of each month. Meetings occur at the North Bend Train Depot at 7:00 pm.

The Annual Meeting is for all Homeowners. This is to allow membership to know the state of affairs, voting, and more.
The 2024 meeting is still being finalized and will be announce once confirmed.
ANNUAL MEETING
When we are notified of a neighborly events (such as garage sale, estate sale, community events, etc). We will post the here (if the owner wants it public).
