As described in the fall newsletter, the HOA board had been researching hiring an HOA Management company. The board had interviewed several different companies.
After these interviews, the board has voted and approved to hire J&M Management. The management company will be working with the HOA to ensure a smooth transition starting on Jan 1st, 2025.

Online pay portal for Annual Dues
Webpage & Social Media Management
Electronic availability of meeting minutes, agenda, documents
Availability to update homeowner information
Annual Dues payments will still need to be received by Jan 31st, 2025 to avoid any additional fees.
Most of the changes will occur behind the scenes and when the management company takes over you will see a "Welcome Package" regarding the new implementation.
