Fall Newsletters will be mailed out shortly (via US postal mail). Please read the newsletter, as it contains some changes that are forthcoming with the Homeowners Association. Annual Dues assessment information will also be in the newsletter. Reminder: Newsletters are sent to Homeowners ONLY based on the information the HOA has on record. Renters will have to contact the Homeowner to obtain the information (currently).
