Street Light Upgrades - LED Lighting

October 9th, 2024 - Starting today, PSE will be upgrading sixty six (66) street lights to LED. This will replace our existing High Pressure Sodium (HPS) lighting. The LED lighting will increase the reliability as well as provide financial incentives to the HOA.

These lights will be brighter, so there may be some adjustment needed. They will have the ability to be programed for a set schedule that will allow the lights to dim, while being energy efficient. The HOA is working with PSE to establish the schedule for both efficiency and security.

If you have a complaint about the new lighting upgrades, such as bright light in your home. Please email the HOA through the Contact Us Page. This will allow us to report it PSE and ensure accuracy of the lighting. Please include the Pole and Light ID that the concerning light is. The Pole ID consists of TWO tags with Black & Yellow lettering.

The Light ID is a white Tag with a shorter number that begins with a "SLAH" and has a barcode.
